How to Submit Your Artwork:

You can send us your artwork/ad copy for by:

- E-MAIL - please send to - Artwork@teamrmm.com
we accept most formats.


If you would like an ad created please send us the information you would like on your ad along with your logo, pictures or any special instructions. We will provide you with one free ad copy to make changes before it’s sent to print if requested. Charges may apply for additional ad copies. If you only reserved your ad and your ad was not paid in full at the correct price, additional charges may apply for your ad copy and will
be charged when graphics begins, makes changes or
completes your ad design​​.​
Please include your invoice # on your email.

- MAIL - please mail in the bottom portion of your receipt with 2 of your business cards/ or ad copy for the schedules. If you would like to make changes on your business card/ad copy please include detailed instructions and we will have a graphic artist make the corrections before its sent to print
If you would like a proof before print please request one when you submit your artwork.
Additional charges may apply for your ad copy and will be charged when graphics begins, makes changes or completes your ad design.


If you do not submit an ad within three weeks of your purchase, we reserve the right to create one for you using your business name and contact information.
